1. What kind of products do you sell?

We sell digital products only, including printable planners, fitness planners, wellness journals, and other digital tools.


2. How will I receive my order?

After purchase, you will receive your files instantly via:

- Download link on the order confirmation page

- Email sent to your checkout address


3. Do you ship physical products?

No. All products are 100% digital, so nothing will be shipped.


4. When will I get my download?

Usually immediately after payment. In some cases, it may take a few minutes.


5. I didn’t receive my email. What should I do?

Please check:

Spam / junk folder

Correct email address used at checkout

If you still don’t find it, contact us.


6. Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only available if:

You received a corrupted file

You received the wrong product

There is a technical issue we cannot fix


7. Can I use the files on multiple devices?

Yes! You can download and use your files on any device (phone, tablet, laptop).


8. Do I need special software?

Most files are PDF and can be opened using:

- Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Any PDF reader

- Printing apps (for printable planners)


9. Can I resell or share the files?

No. All products are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or distributing is not allowed.
